Here we go again....
We are heading back to Cinc*nnati childrens hospital for what I hope is Sophie's LAST surgery EVER! If you don't remember Sophie had her first surgery about a month after coming home. This isn't a surgery we were anticipating, but it is one her expert best surgeon in the world for her special need says will greatly improve her quality of life. Sophie will be in surgery on January 6th. I am not sure of the time yet but if her sweet little face crosses your mind send her some prayers. The surgery will be 3 hours (at least) and we will be in the hospital for 5 days. Pray that she co-operates. I can't even put a bandaid on this girl without a major meltdown. I am also doing this without Chris...dreading the waiting room part while she is in surgery. Dreading. It.

Sending prayers for Sophie!!
I have put Jan. 6th on my calendar and will be praying for Sophie that day! Looking forward to hearing that this surgery is over and your sweet girl is healing quickly.
Sending some prayers Sophie's way...and for you too...I know all too well how those waiting room waits can be. Is there a good friend who can wait with you?

Let me know the time too. If there is any way I can get out of work, I'll be there to sit with you too! Then, if Sophie feels up to it, Maddy and I will be there to visit over the weekend. We also have skype so anytime you wanna chat, just give me a text and we will hop on.
ps.. that goes for anytime by the way. We don't have to wait until Sophie is in the hospital!
